If it makes you feel any better the first place I applied for I made it through the first 12 interviews + an exam and then they never contacted me back :|

I'm not sure I ever did post a picture of myself maybe I'm secretly a cat or something.
However, on a completely unrelated note, whoever redesigned the RS website needs to be shot, it took me quite a long time to figure out how to play the game.
