Feel like I've reached a plateau in terms of fitness, but might as well stick em down to see if it gets any better
Situps - 60 (poor effort :( )
Pushups - 40
Chinups - 15 pamls facing outwars (is that pullups or chinups? cant remember..)
I'll try the other stuff out. Actually got a bleep test next weekend :-)
