Hi guys, it's been about 3-4 years since I've played Runescape but I started up again just last week. I'm not really interested in joining a clan or anything at this point, but I'd love to get back in touch with WG members old and new. I was at last night's Celtics game with the gf, pretty pissed that they lost to the worst team in the west... but regardless I had a good time. Love going to games!

And Al, yeah I remember Ansatsu. I remember meeting him around the time of one of the skill events... it was one of those things where after it was over, we just kept skilling together and became really good friends from working together. Agility was one of the most boring skills but having someone to do it with while you clicked over and over again made time go by quick haha

And yeah Al that was definitely me... I think we were eventually asked to have RL pics as avatars so I bit the bullet. Put a face to the name kind of thing, which I might add I think is still a great idea.

So for anyone that actually gives a shit, I'm a junior at University of Rhode Island, and just because I don't scape doesn't mean I've lost my nerdy touch because I'm majoring in computer engineering... love this shit. Huge Patriots fan, Celtics fan, turning 21 in 3.5 months, college life is super busy though and not as much partying as most people would think (gotta pay bills, gotta keep that GPA up). I'm hoping to land an internship with Intel, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), or a million other places this summer. Even though it seems totally unrelated I can't help but thing WG was a part of my upbringing... at least during my teen years. I still have my application acceptance e-mail from September '05 where Darkzero was listed as my mentor (is he still around??) and I've been part of the clan for about 5-6 years on and off (mostly because I was playing RS on and off). Every time I decided to play RS again, it just didn't feel right without WildGuard so I always came back. The point is, in some really cheesy way you guys were another family to me and I owe some of my success to being able to blow off some steam with the best bunch of Scapers around. For those of you still around, enjoy it while you're here.

On an unrelated note... I don't game that much anymore but I'm still down from time to time. So what games do you guys play that I might be able to join in on? If anyone says Runescape I will rub my balls on your chest. Anyone playing CS: Global Offensive??

Hi all, some of you on steam might be aware that Borderlands is 75% off this weekend, as well as the 4-pack. Well I took it upon myself to buy the 4-pack to sell at $6 apiece ($1.50 less than if you buy a single for the duration of the sale, $24 less which will continue AFTER the sale is over!)

Can't wait! Its supposed to be geared towards competitive players so this is right up my alley, but as of right now competitive CS is dead... at least in North America it is, can't say anything about Europe or Asia

Just started playing this game a few days ago... I've only done custom matches vs AI and I definitely suck. But I'm level 4 now and I like the game, just trying to learn as many different champions as possible. If you wanna play my name is.... Sonixpber

Long story short I bought a 4 pack of Terraria on steam and now have 3 to gift away to other people. Generally AZs are better than Giant Skeletons at any combat level, right? I used to train here years ago before AZs, but wouldn't this spot be obsolete now?

2. Tell us about your RuneScape history and your account (e.g. when you started, what your RSN means, favourite activities etc.) :

Hi everyone, I never thought I'd say it but I'm back-ish. I know a lot of you and some I don't so I'll just make this (re)introduction for those who don't know me.

I've been playing under the account Sonixpber for 9 and a half years now, fairly inconsistently (playing for 3 months, stopping for 2 years? sounds like me). I've always loved skilling and have been less combat inclined, although my past history in WG has made combat grow a little on me. I was originally with WG joining in September of 2005 or 6... can't remember which anymore. Then I got kicked a year later for inactivity, and then I came back after another year? Something like that... I think my total time in WG is over 3 years if you include emeritus. WG has been my only clan and even though I looked at others, it didn't feel quite right and that's why I'm making this intro.

My favorite skills have always been Mining and Smithing, literally since I first made a bronze dagger. Unfortunately after playing this game for so long I still don't have a level 99, although I'd really like either of these to be my first. And in fact I plan on making it happen. I'm also a quest buff, known for re-acquiring my quest cape every time I re-visit Runescape.

3. Tell us more about yourself (Age, country/state, gender, hobbies, music, skills, likes and dislikes):

My name is Mike, I'm 19 from Rhode Island, USA. Thats on the northeast coast, a bit east of New York for the non-Americans. Needless to say that means I am EST. I'm currently working on my Bachelor's from University of Rhode Island for computer engineering (going into my sophomore year this fall). I smoke weed more than I should, and the result is a pretty laid back personality that tries not to get caught in conflict unless I really think its necessary. I follow a lot of TV shows, my favorites being Dexter, Lost, Entourage, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia... and just a ton others. I like a lot of different music but I get most of my music from hypem.com and datpiff.com. Lots of great stuff there. I really dislike negative people, especially people who overreact to a situation. I like being able to just talk to people, whether about a serious topic, being stupid (LOL NO U), etc... I like to think I have the capacity for intelligent discussion but I guess thats totally debatable.

Oh and I recently got a 4x4x4 Rubiks Cube that I'm trying to master but having some trouble finishing it! I'm hoping there are some experts out there but I might be pushing my luck haha.

4. How did you hear about us and what makes you want to join WG or DG:

Well I already explained being a ex-member and WG is the only place that feels right while Scaping.

5. Are there any current WG or DG members who you already know:

Too many to list, and not even sure if some of em are in WG anymore.. but here goes anyway

Indivi2you, Gorgemaster, His Lordship (duh?), Rachellove, Bassism, Quikdrawjoe.. i'm sure the list goes on.

6. Any additional comments:

I'm not sure how focused WG is on PvP activity but I really consider myself here for the community with everything else just extra. Can't wait to meet everyone! And be reunited with some (some of you, I already have been :D)

Also I'm recently just starting Runescape after about 1.5 years of inactivity... I think I quit just a bit prior to the release of dungeoneering but I could be wrong. I'm hoping for some tips/pointers, ways to make money, good ways to train (I want all my skills at 80+, so tips for anything in the 70s would be great).
