WTF is with the Oldscape membership fee

I got an email stating that the fee wont be added at all or at least for the first year.

Old School RuneScape has been running for more than 3 months, so now is a good time to talk about the future...
We're committed to Old School RuneScape for the long term and plan to run the service for many years to come. When Old School RuneScape launched, we said membership would cover access for the first 6 months, then we'd review the pricing. Rather than wait for September we've made the decision that will be no increase in cost for the next year, potentially much longer.
We will continue to support Old School RuneScape's development and community, giving you, the players, what you want. Look out for our regular polls for feature updates, where you can give us your ideas and suggestions.
