I went in active during the later part of July because i was training for the New York State Power Lifting Championship.  So now that i am active again I though i would share my experiences with you guys.

Locked out with the New York State Deadlifting record!

You would not believe the comradely in this sport! It was one of the most amazing days of my life. I strongly encourage anyone who is into lifting to get into this sport.

Thats a lot more than 2 normal plates haha, What im lifting in the picture is over 500lbs

for the competition i think i weighed in at 194 lbs
