Title: A large cause for tiny people

Start point: Jorral at the outpost northwest of Ardougne
Requirements: Making History

Upon completion of the Making History quest, the player may talk to Jorral. Jorral will tell the player that during his research, he has discovered a portal to another dimension. This portal is in the basement of the outpost. The basement is hidden under the rug on the ground floor of the outpost.



Once the player travels to the other side, they will find themselves in an elven/dwarven camp with npcs half the player's size. The elves could be similar to the ones in Lletya and around Lord Ioworth's encampment. The camp could be designed by taking the models of tents in Lord Ioworth's camp and shrinking their size. It could also have a catapult similar to the one at Castle Wars only half the size.



There would be tiny goblins and ogres attacking the camp from the north woods (similar to how Khazard troops fight the gnomes south of Ardy). The goblins and ogres would run in waves making comments while the elves range and the dwarfs melee. The player would be asked by the camp leaders to help gather supplies for the war effort. There would be a dwarf leader and an elf leader. They teamed up because after the goblins and ogres teamed up they had no choice.

The dwarf leader would ask the player to gather ore in the nearby mine which contains coal and gold rocks as well as concentrated coal and gold rocks (require higher mining levels). They can be resized regular rocks or be veins of ore in a cave wall. The player doesn't have to help the camp. They can simply gather resources for themselves. There would be a dwarf at the concentrated rocks that will offer to bank your supplies for you, but he wants a cut for the war efforts. The player could alternatively give all their resources to the dwarf to accumulate points for rewards.



The elf leader would ask the player to gather wood in the surrounding forest (containing various trees). These trees would have an increased chance of dropping bird's nests. There would be an elf nearby that will offer to bank your supplies for a cut, or you can give him all the supplies for reward points.

Elf Rewards:
-   Ability to make fire arrows (With appropriate firemaking levels. The players can decide what they do)
-   Ability to learn a new technique with the dragon axe (uses 100% special to temporarily gain 5 woodcutting levels)
-   Other rewards



Dwarf Rewards:
-   Coin magnet (Re-colored from the Witch's House quest. Picks up coins when they are dropped by a monster)
-   Ability to learn a new technique with the dragon pickaxe (uses 100% special to temporarily gain 5 mining levels)
-   Other rewards

Does the dragon pickaxe exist?

Anyway, I like the idea. My only concern is that you've got this nice background story and activity but you are allowing players to ignore it all by collecting the resources for themselves if they want.

Yeah it's tweakable I guess. The dragon pickaxe will be coming out with the wilderness update. Thanks for the feedback.
