Choice 1: Talk to Panda & get over it
Choice 2: Talk to a staff member, ask for help to try and sort things out
Choice 3: Leave WG and scam another WG member for 125m

Tbh its kind of WG's fault.  A lot of the players from WG form these cliches and a lot of quiet and new members get disregarded quite easily and thus causing them to have no respect for the clan whitch then leads to scamming and various other things.

Btw, I barely know any of the new WG that are around right now, and I'm not scamming anyone. Just because WG forms little cliches within itself, is not an excuse. You're blaming the society you choose to be in for your own actions. Take some personal responsibility.
