Best Place for Dharoking?

hey everybody, just need some advice from you guys, im wondering where will be a best place to dharok power lvling? i've tried Ape atoll the gorilla guards it's not that good.
my current stats are:

Combat Level 90
70 atk
79 str
70 def

I always thought Gorilla Guards were the best.

Can do on Tzaars?

Or black/dark/shadow knights/warriors (I really am forgetting Runescape) in Legends guild.

its best at higher levels, 90+ IIRC

If you can get 85 slayer or have it go to the obys. If not go to monkey island and dh the monkeys next to the alter. If you can't do either of the two go to the kets.
