almost every skill in your list construction is the only one that will guarenteed cost you money but the others can be profitable. (im not sure on herb) agility is around 150k p/h collecting marks of grace. farming i would do over time with herb runs and qualcat if youre looking to make money. smithing is pretty good making bars at bf and all others speak for themselves i think1 point
