    When a route to a safe spot exists in the wilderness, the best way to PK someone is to camp that route until they appear. There is nothing inherently wrong with this, however sometimes you just want to kill someone and screw the wait. This is currently possible at bosses like Calisto, where the only wait involved is the short time spent world hopping.
