auto clickers are still against the rules and still counts as botting. If you were to do this whilst in WG you would be instantly reported and removed from the clan. Anyway, welcome to our forums

so most of this isn't actually a poll but Jagex just "balancing" PvP without polling it -
Wasn’t written by me but by our founder His Lordship. The vast majority who join the clan are already 100+ but I wouldn’t agree with setting requirements. I’d rather have lower levels in the clan so we can offer them advice on fast training. That way other clans don’t poach them later
