I started fairly recently in a group iron with a friend from another game (Eve Online), but I was alone most of the time and iron felt very slow for my available play time. I dropped iron status, bought a few bonds and started skilling faster. I’m currently devouring osrs content on YouTube and like the idea of working towards PVP. Im a dad, research scientist, python programming enthusiast and hobby DIYer. I play guitar and enjoy trail running. Early 2022 I stopped playing Eve Online after 8 years. I put huge amounts of time into the game behind the scenes and attended meet ups etc. I worked in corp recruitment, SRP, alliance industry and spying for one of the largest corps/alliances in the game. I really loved my time playing Eve and made lots of good friends. However, the game itself stopped being fun (stale content, in game austerity, increase in subscription costs and surviving a brutal year long hell war etc.) and with that went the desire to continue spending all my free time on it. I relinquished all my roles and gave away all my in game items to close friends and haven’t played since. I am looking for something fun to do in my free time again. How did you hear about us? Be classy even when others are not. Don’t be a scrub in a fight. Be active and contribute to the community. Yes Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: I was pretty honest above about my gaming history (I never played anything else seriously apart from Eve).
