Good question! I just started a new account to verify, You just need to talk to The Grand Exchange tutor and have him tell you about the grand exchange. Takes 30 seconds If the account is new you start in Burthrope, I can trade a varrock tele tab If the account is ironman: Cannot trade other players, but I believe a bond can be given to them
