I get that you'd get more exp from just training skills than doing quests, and that they want to boost the rewards, but I've never had a problem with it personally. Quests already allow you to skip out on training skills you don't like(I haven't done a farming run once on this account and have lvl 54)

It seems like they compromised the integrity of the voting system by lowering the vote threshold to 70%, and they didn't even poll it!
