Tell us about your RuneScape account and history.

My name is completely random, chosen by chance which I find amusing since there is a Flying horse inn in runescape which I didn't even know at the time

I started playing in 2005 after a friend of mine in school told me about Runescape during golden time (awarded hobbies time in school at the end of the week) he wrote it down on a piece of paper and I searched it up when I got home, the rest is history. I played most actively from 2006-2011. My main interests when I got my account in decent shape was PKing and farming godwars for drops, during bounter hunter era I would often AFK to build EP for pking and I would play call of duty while building 76-100% EP, rinse and repeat. I would also play a lot of castle wars and often drop big stacks of barrage runes purely on games there. I also went to different GW bosses with friends and also at times I would skill, but much less frequently. I eventually maxxed in RS3 during 2020 lockdowns. I never switched over to OSRS on its initial release because of having to rebuild my account (quests, basic stats etc) but out of the blue an old friend of mine blackrhino1 messaged me asking if it was really me (still the person behind the original account) while I was logged into rs3 playing necromancy while he was on OSRS. This sparked my curiosity and since then, I have been account building to get PVM+PVP content ready

My favourite skills would have to be combat oriented ones. It's the most engaging and enjoyable for me, and skills are usually trained to unlock all content, but not a lot further.

 

Tell us about your clan history.

I don't really have any clan history aside from being engaged with random in game clan chats throughout the years - several streamers or content creators and small groups of friends with no "clan name" or set list of activities, just friends chatting and doing things mostly at random

 

Tell us about your yourself.

I'm a 29 year old male from the United Kingdom, I studied cognitive science at university, currently self employed and trade in several markets and I am very passionate about health which I am attempting to turn into a career path. As for hobbies, I enjoy skiing each year, I enjoy open ocean swimming and diving, free weights in the gym, cooking, especially if it's local recipes. As mentioned previously I am also very passionate about health so I often read about health optimisation and lifestyle optimisation in general. I enjoy philosophical debates and also discussion of nature. I like a wide range of music but my jam is psytrance, house techno, synthwave and instrumental music. I'd say I'm quite talented with my hands and coordination, I find it natural and easy to become good at things requiring speed and precision. As for what I like and dislike, my main interests are above and as for dislikes, I'd say mayonnaise and coleslaw! I don't have any strong dislikes in general though, but I do live a certain way, but I understand that we all have a different way of life so I don't often label something to be a dislike of mine. More so not finding any interest in something.

What makes you want to join us? I think when you play any game that includes other players it's always more enjoyable in a group, especially if it's an engaged group or in a coordinated activity. I also got hit hard with nostalgia thinking about the good old days pking in prime runescape era (for me personally) of 2007-2011

 

Do you agree to the rules and requirements of WG and understand that this is an honour clan? Yes

 

Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: I enjoy a philosophical debate which of course due to its nature can get quite charged, but I am always respectful and understand different views in life, and this isn't my default state of socialising. I also don't know if i'll be very good to begin with, but I think it will be fun regardless!
