I actually haven't looked into them all, but I made sure recently to do Morytania's Hard Diary as it helps me to make Barrows (my fav thing to do) more profitable.

I'm interested as to which ones you guys like the most and why, too. :^)

Mort hard diary is pretty useful. Made a good amount of money on it with barrows and the bonecrusher is nice for slayer.
