After quitting osrs during the bounty hunter era I decided to do some proper homework on a new account build when I started playing again two years ago - I had to read up on all the items etc and combat changes. This account is a void ranger - with all possible str and attack levels balanced to add a Gmaul to my potential attacks without gaining a combat. This account is also my main - i'm taking time when i can to skill it properly and reach new skill total worlds. I'd later like to make a 70 defense voided from this account - but in the short term i'm enjoying the lower combat bracket for PVP. Tell us about your clan history. I used to Run a Clan called Analogue - possibly 16 years ago. It was a group of 7 for a specific reason - we operated with very specific Pking/skull-tricking techniques so we kept numbers to a minimum to keep confidentiality. Before the release of 07scape, members of the community were unable to change their names- they used to be fixed from signing up - Me and Jonny - a good friend who no longer plays created account names that were almost identically named - With no exaggeration, after camping crumble undead to 94 & 84 magic, we were able to pk a whip from western green dragons (the only ones at the time) almost all day everyday. Tell us about your yourself. I'm a mid twenties guy called Henry, Studied an MA, live in London and work as a freelance Cinematographer. I like to skate and socialize most weekends, yet despite growing up on first person shooters i'm really starting to enjoy OSRS on weekday evenings and i'd like to share this experience with other people. How did you hear about us? I saw a post on Reddit whilst looking for a group What makes you want to join us? It's the longest standing clan that I'm aware of but there are a few very specific reasons; 1.) you have a recruitment process and have elements of recall to maintain a healthy non-toxic community. 2.) I really do respect and adhere to keeping the wilderness alive and flowing - whether this is in the form of clan fights - PVP events or generic Pking - I'd like to be part of a structure that maintains the balance of the wilderness, something which previously had made me quit. 3.) I admire that you are an anti-ragging clan, Even when i anti-pk at chins for example, i still risk a good 300-500k minimum of gear. It's not an exact balance but i do feel very good pking 500k+ and it's nice to know others can have that feeling too. 4.) Lastly I'd like to join because I'd like to feel part of and contribute to a community - Nobody i played osrs with back in the day revisited the game like i have. Do you agree to the rules and requirements of WG and understand that this is an honour clan? Yes Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: As i mentioned earlier I had used a skull-trick excessively about 15 years ago. Thanks for the notice Mojo, I'm aware of my combat bracket and the bracket you members fight in - I actually think you may have maced me out once for a blowpipe! perhaps later i will push the account to 101 combat ranged tank! Until then i'm just happy to explore some new PvM - two quests away from DS2 I'm loving this forum - reminds me on the pre-youtube era where we had to search long and hard for our runescape answers.
