What kind of judge puts a child in jail because of a stupid comment in an online game... That's just really sick.

Makes me once again glad and so grateful to live in a place where such things can't and won't happen.

Crazy shit, its the same on alot of games though, eg if somebody was talking about being a pedophile ect Jagex has to take action and report to authorities. Can't remember what game it was, but I recall seeing a ring get hit due to an online game report with something like 14 arrests.

I can see the point. But damn this kud lost 6 years of his life for saying some rash things.

On one hand, it is good that people start to realize that they can be held responsible for what they say online, but 6 years is really insane.  

 

I don't know how that judge can sleep at night.

This is absurd, a man shouldn't be jailed for 6 years for a comment made on a video game. Checking out if he's a danger is reasonable but purposely trying to find something to jail him for is beyond unreasonable.
