Sounds healthy I want to start eating like that. But I need 1 cheatmeal per week = Pizza + some Ben&Jerries Icecream or a chocolate cake Quote

For Ben & Jerry's I almost always go for Half Baked I train in BJJ (brown belt) and boxing/Muay Thai. Been at it for over 7 years -- would highly recommend Muay Thai if you want to get into kickboxing. Tried TKD a few times when I was a kid and never could get into it. WG Gucci Boy 1 Quote

I'd never fight anyone -- had one amateur kickboxing fight and that was enough brain damage for me (and my opponent!) Kyokushin karate looks really fun! I wonder if it's same chain restaurant or just same name. It's pretty good but not expensive as far as steak houses around here WG Gucci Boy 1 Quote
