Tell us about your RuneScape account and history.

I first started playing before OSRS as we know it came out - going to the public library and playing classic rs for a bit until osrs was released, maybe a year or two before. I was 16-ish then (30 now). Eventually gave in and started playing OSRS/'3d runescape', only ever on f2p. Maybe two years ago I came back, created a new account as UIM (KaziDog) and played off/on until maybe level 50? At some point I managed to beat Dragon Slayer while still on UIM/F2P, then learned about GE, then friends convincing and other factors contributed to me turning to a regular account/P2P.

Since then I've made various goals that have revolved around skilling and thieving (mainly picking master farmers). That was when Covid-19 came around and I was laid off from my job, so I decided to 'sprint' for Ardougne Hard Diary. It took me 8 days to gain the level requirements and complete all necessary quests from a relatively fresh f2p account - leveling to 65 runecrafting, 66 magic, 59 hunter, 70 farming, as well as completing a dozen quests in a single day. Since then I've been going for Song of the Elves in order to pickpocket elves and finally complete a 'modern' quest.

Now my total level is very near 1500 and my combat has been brought up to 85. My next goals involve all 70s, quest cape, hard diaries, perhaps more combat if I finally manage to get into it. Skilling is more my thing.

None anywhere, with any game. This is pretty foreign to me.

James, male, 30, Michigan/USA, HS Diploma, Line Cook (laid off for now), drums/hiking/snowboarding/cooking/smoking weed are my hobbies/likes/talents, I like 311/Smashing Pumpkins/Gorillaz/Pink Floyd to name a few.

How did you hear about us?  WG Jansen - I've been friends with him irl since highschool/ 12+ years. He's been pushing me and my bf to join for a while now.

What makes you want to join us? Perhaps more of a sense of belonging? I'm a bit introverted (surprise), but wouldn't mind more support or any additional help where Jansen can't help. Often I'm told my interests w/ skilling and grinding are pretty 'interesting', perhaps I could start streaming? Also I understand combat and bossing and raids are common in the clan, where I have very little experience. I'm sure I could stand to gain a lot.

 

Do you agree to the rules and requirements of WG and understand that this is an honour clan? Yes

 

Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: I'm just not very talkative, at times. The fact I'm typing all of this out and making such an effort to be accepted would help motivate me to try more with being social in the clan, so it's hard to say it would be a major issue. My job and life outside takes priority, once I'm back to work there's a chance my time in OSRS will dwindle significantly, but who knows? My goals have kept me pretty engaged for months now. I've never done anything malicious that takes advantage of a MMORPGs and have no intention of doing so any time soon.
