Hi Everyone,
I need some testimonials for my updating of the clan website.
I need a few from current members and friends of the clan world.
I will collect leader testimonials myself.

I need one or two lines about your feelings about WG. For example:

"What stands out most is the community. Everyone is really open and kind. The P2P PKing isn't bad either tongue.gif"

Thanks for the assistance!

WG has one of the best clan communities out there. Having been a part of other clans in the past, the community of WG can't even be compared to that of other clans. The friends I have made with here I have kept ever since joining for the first time in 2005. This clan has been and always will be my family. Not only is the WG community fantastic, but our warring strength (primarily P2P) is formidable.

The Wilderness Guardians today portrays a community immersed in friendship and homeliness, and strengthened by their many skills and abilities in the clan world. Such a combination is indescribable in words, and to truly understand one can only experience the power and immensity of WG for themselves.

From being in the Wilderness Guardians for the past year, I have noticed something here that I doubt I will find anywhere else. This 'something' is not just one thing, but a collection of things that make the Wilderness Guardians a community; a family.

Everyone that I have been in this clan with make WG special by putting forth their own effort into allowing WG to succeed, whether it be by leading events, leading raids, recruiting people, or providing laughter to everyone else. It makes it great to know that everyone is here for me if I ever reached a bump in the road that I would need help with.

----

I think that is all I have to say. Mainly focused on the community aspect because the PvP aspect is something that has had little stability in my time here due to the changes that JaGEx has had in-game and the change of views of raid leaders/warlords.

Very true, although it's also worth noting how WG's physical side has been stable throughout.

You have to be really good with words to have a testimonial that portrays WG as best it can in only 2 lines or so. What would be an interesting idea is getting our members/friends/guests to record a video/audio interview about the clan on YouTube and put these up on the website. I would definetly be up for that.

The Wilderness Guardians was my first real clan, and to this date I've never been a part of another clan other than WG. The people make this the single best clan out there. The friends you make are more than just pixels, you get to know them as if they lived down the street. You know them as a person, and that makes the bonds we make that much stronger. We're not just a bunch of gamers, we're a bunch of friends, and this isn't just a clan, it's a home.

Wilderness Guardians has the best aspects of a clan; Strong Leadership, a rich community, fun PTP Raids and fabulous skilling benefits. The Community of WG has is incredible, I cannot begin to try and put it into words, you have to come and see for yourself. Everyone is kind and welcoming, I've been in Wg for over 4 years now and have never left because this community is so tightly bonded!

The soul of WG is the people. We are quite diverse....coming from different backgrounds and countries, but every time I read the posts on forums I am reminded how much alike we are as well. My fellow clan members make me laugh, cry and get outraged on a daily basis and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I can truthfully say that since I became a member last December, there has never been a dull moment in Wee Gee land! wub.gif

Hello motherfuckers, I am Stokenut.
I am here to tell you about the benefits of joining WG.

In WG we have lots and lots of pornography. We also like to PK and war other clans while watching porn. We are led by an australian dictator and asians. I am just a spokesperson for WG but I still get insane amounts of pornography.

They have bad ass teamspeak servers with people with retarded accents.
There is also an IRC channel where all of the pornography distribution takes place.

If you don't join WG, you will support Nazis. They promise to provide the best time on your internets ever.

WG.... Apart from a certain Trial Guardian and Council that constantly label me as a "chicken" and "possum," I am constantly welcomed by the whole clan with open arms. I feel real love from this clan. I don't mean romantic love. I mean complete respect and approval and support from every person in this clan. Even though we are a bunch of sarcastic motherfuckers towards each other, we enjoy ourselves and don't give a shit who's judging us, and have fun doing it. #

Look my brihdah, WG is a fine clan.

Community. It is all you could ask for. It is the biggest reason you stay playing RuneScape.

A lot of people mistake us for being pking only, but we actually have more non-pvp events than pvp. I personally have been a leader in the RSB system and WG is above that level and beyond. We have been here since 2003 and have maintained a good reputation with the clan world since.

Take your time and do the research. When you decide to join, talk to me first.

Blatiant rip-off of Corr's recruitment vid. But does WG cater for fetishes and stuff? blink.gif

To be fair, I think Mugger's testimonial would be quite interesting to read, and see where his opinion on the clan stands today after all that's happened.

Longer than Ghjjf? Wow, now THAT is something to say. I may just be a new guardian, but in the month that I have spent with WG, it has been one of the most fun of my RS career, and it will continue to stay that way. Lordy, I may not know you much, but from what I have heard, you are THE most dedicated leader that I have ever seen (besides.. YOU JUST WON'T DIE!@) ^^, but all kidding aside, I don't want to see WG die, nor will it. Why on earth would people neglet the announcements made is beyond any of us. If the fellow guardians are not active enough to get the equipment required and recruit (they have had almost TWO weeks to get the money required, which is MORE than enough time!!), then they are not worthy of the "guardian" title in WG.

Six years? Now that is something else, honestly. Most clans would have closed down/merged with someone else by now, but somehow, you and some of the dedicated council/elite and higher guardian made it possible to keep this clan going. You may just cast aside what I say, but I am sure you already know this.. You should be very proud of yourselves. Keeping a clan like this going.. It's astonishing . The pure dedication it takes to keep something like this going, along side *if I AM CORRECT* meeting in real life and selling Clan T-Shirts? Most clan would not go to such lengths to show that they will survive.

This is from a song that I am sure some of you know..
"This is 10% luck
20% skill
15% concentrated power of will
5% pleasure
50% pain..
and 100% reason to remember the name."
I don't know if this applies to WG at all, and might not have any reference at all L, but I think it fits the struggles WG has been through.. well that's just part of the song, but anyway..

This clan has some of the best members the clan world has to offer, and Hopefully it will stay that way, and in time, we will come out of the ashes and rise?

You said it all pretty well. WG and it's leadership and membership have gone to some great lengths and extents to make WG what it is. Just remember to take a moment every once in a while to look around and admire the result of so many years of hard work and dedication.
