Don't think it matters if we know it or not, he should show it. No special treatment. Not being mean, just don't think it's fair to allow one person to skip part of the graduation because we "know" he has met that requirement. That sends a message of lack of trust to others trying to graduate. Why should THEY have to post it when he doesn't? What makes HIM special? Nothing. Not special. Post the picture.
