Any idiot who knows they are about to be piled, with full health, energy, prayer, and inventory can tank 10 WG who are fooling around in a CWA practice. Oh yeah, I forgot. They're also already standing next to a barricade. You really just have to train your own reactions during wars. It may look like an ugly start at first, but people will learn quick. Those who don't learn tend to not care enough to try.
