Maybe he is acting to try and help WG, which I have nothing against, but he's going about it the wrong way. This is not the first time action has been taken against someone for flaming and personal attacks. It doesn't solve problems, just makes things worse for everyone.

Wow really? Are you that ignorant that you ignore the fact that other members of the clan AND even council members are sharing accounts? Or do you prefer to just ignore those rules because they don't apply to your friends?

Also, breaking Jagex's rules in no ways hurts the clan unless you are actually punished by Jagex. Since Tweek was never punished my Jagex, in fact, he's a really good friend with several mods, it did not "hurt" the clan in any way.

Also, how did he break the clan's rules? The clan allows freedom of speech. Tweek used his freedom of speech.

If you are going to consider criticizing a Leader and using swear words as "breaking the clan rules" then you might as well BAN THE ENTIRE FREAKING CLAN.

When George was away (IDK the details as to why he was inacitve), literally everyone was saying "OMG George is inactive lulz!". Did anyone get banned? No. Did anyone get suspended? No. Did anyone get muted? No.

When His Lordship posted the Merging with RoT topic, everyone, and I mean everyone, proceeded to laugh at His Lordship, even if it was a joke. I literally heard almost every member complain about how His Lordship wasn't taking things seriously, etc.

This needs to stop now. This clan has a bad habit at punishing the people who try to do their best at helping the clan by speaking out. So many people here have a bad habit at complaining but whenever they are forced to stand our for what they believe, they back down and pretend that they have been backing the certain person forever.

Also, I really don't care if I get punished for saying this. Its the truth. By banning me you only prove my point farther. Go ahead and hate me for this. I really don't care.

Yes there is a difference. I agree with you 100%.

But its obvious that many members in this clan do not respond for the more helpful method. Almost everyone thinks the idea of tank practices is stupid. Many even admitted they will not attend an event. That's basically saying "Yeah, i don't care enough to help other people so i'll skip and go play some WoW".

Sorry for the double post but this is important.

Vephy just "admitted" that he was planning on training Rachel's account. This breaks Jagex's rule of no account sharing. Now I know that he didn't say "I already trained it" but saying you plan on, and saying you already have, are actually the exact same (with some slight difference in major legal cases) when it comes to punishment.

If I were to go up to a cop, and say "I plan on killing this person" I would be arrested in most circumstances. If I said "I killed this person", I would still be arrested.

Also, I am not saying Vephy be banned, muted or punished it any way possible. I think this rule Jagex has is extremely stupid as they never enforce it.

However, you cannot punish Tweek for doing something Vephy did/was planning on doing without punishing Vephy.

Once again, I am not suggesting banning Vephy. I really like Vephy.

WHAT I AM SUGGESTING is that you unban Tweek. By banning one person and not a second for the same "crime" shows that the clan is biased against some of its members which looks really, really, really bad for new members.

But really? As of last week (or the week before) you literally had gained ~30k Total Experience in a few months. Really? You can get that much experience from doing a single farming run in 1 hour. Really? Who's the hypocrite now?

But when it's been brought to my attention I'm going to say something.

Point 1: I assumed you knew about Rachel's account sharing. I knew most people did so I just assumed you did as well. For that I apologize.

Point 2: By relating "sharing accounts" to "raping someone" you just completely nullify your point. These are two "crimes" that are in no way related to each other. Raping someone is inhumane, disgusting and should never be done ever. Sharing accounts is just something Jagex doesn't want so that everything is fair. I see absolutely no connecting in anyway possible besides the fact that they share the letter "a" in their name.

Point 3: If openly criticizing someone (not saying you, I'm saying someone in general) is now considered flaming, then EVERYONE who commented on this topic (included me) as well as His Lordship's Merging and Leaving post should be banned. All 3 of these posts are filled with flame.

Also, what George posted on the very first post can be considered "flame".

So if you want to ban him for flaming, go ahead. But if you (again, I mean "you" as in whoever is reading this, not "you" as in just Boogers) do, it seems stupid to not ban everyone else, right? I mean, this is what WG is all about right? Banning people for speaking about what they feel is right?
