Someone approached me today saying a few members wanted to leave because of his forcefulness. What the fuck! Have people actually forgotten what it's like to be a warring clan? I've only been back a day, but Steve has demanded only the MOST BASIC activity requirements. He is NOT turning us into DI-2. Showing up for a war and having the gear once a week is completely normal, and in fact, expected of WG members. He is the first council member to enforce this so stringently in at least a year. If you can't live up to this extremely basic activity requirement, and instead blame Steve for being too demanding, you have literally become too lazy to hold a rank other than Emeritus. We lost the last three wars and this was definitely not his fault either. They were all fair fights. We were let down by those members who didn't bother showing up. Each time we had a good chance, and each time we were let down by members who just couldn't be bothered. Steve is EXACTLY what WG needs to get better and I am behind him every step of the way. If anyone quits over the activity he demands, its best you did leave. We're looking for committed members who are here to help us grow. Because I plan to grow. Laziness is contagious. Well ive definitly not been looking at his shit   Anyhow yeah it does seem to appear wg has got too laid back and lazy lately so if activity requirements is what it takes to kick start wg into gear then so be it. Its kinda annoying lately how the same group of people show up for nearly every war and others just do not put the effort in. I'm sorry, i can't trust a leader who DC's every 5 mins at a war dammit! I kid. I believe Steve is the man we need for this moment. We having raids/wars/pkri''s in p2p and f2p alot more often, and if thats not the best way to boost recruitment i dont know what is. Fair play we havn't won alot lately, but that by no means indicates we don't/didn't stand a chance, we had every chance to beat Poison, had people who said they were turning up come, we would have shit all over them. And as for BK, we were pretty amazing from what i heard (Was dropped in first 5 seconds of war, gf watching TV). We need to keep our heads held high and march on because we aint going knowhere.
