How many positions will be made available is uncertain. It could be one, two or even three. We may only do promotions on a trial basis so we don't get idiots like Cody wasting the position and doing absolutely nothing after getting it. ANYONE may apply. You must be able to set up wars and speak confidently over Mumble, so good communication skills are a must. However activity is the prime factor I'll be looking at. We simply can't afford to have inactive staff. Applications CLOSE on Saturday the 13th Once the applications have closed the candidates will be considered by me, with input from the other Council and raid leaders. After discussion the result will be posted asap. This form is the basic format to fill out your application. Be serious, this is not just a simple duty. Its one that requires constant dedication throughout your service. Post your application here on this topic!

As a raid leader, I promise to be extremely active, to the point where there will be a raid almost every day, even if there are only five people. I am confident in my abilities to lead raids, and I am open to criticism about them. What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader? Some things which make me a top candidate for the position are my experience in multi-pking, my devotion - willingness to risk my bank to win a fight, and my ability to lead a group of people (gained from irl activities in and outside of school). I am able to communicate with people I don't know respectfully. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Nothing at all. At most I may have small trips (two-three days if that) which won't be frequent at all (once a month max). Is there anything else you would like to say? I am also applying for Event Leader. You can host raids if you want to. Nothing in the rules says you can't that I have read. Steve will tell us if I am wrong. During my time in DF, I picked up on some of the tricks used by some of the top fall-in leaders in the clan world. Since then, I’ve tried my best to incorporate these new-found techniques into my leading. As a Raid Leader, I can offer a well seasoned fall-in leader, who has spent several months perfecting various techniques picked up over my time both in DF, and as a Raid Leader for WG. What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader? I’ve been a Raid Leader before. I’ve made all of the rookie mistakes, and learned from them. I would say I know what I’m doing, in the sense that I won’t need anyone to look over my shoulder to help me out. Amongst other things, I have leading experience in both F2P & P2P. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? I have my end of year exams in May, and that’s about it. Is there anything else you would like to say?
