Don't feel comfortable being talked about behind my back, especially on Teamspeak by staff to the members. Don't feel comfortable watching members exclude themselves and others from our "community." Don't feel comfortable being made out to be a bad guy simply because I have less power than the other side. Don't feel comfortable watching some of my friends carry a bigger workload than others. Don't feel comfortable attending PvP events while watching others skip and give ridiculous excuses. Don't feel comfortable suggesting anything due to it either being ignored or blown out of proportion. Don't feel comfortable knowing the rules are only rules until they feel like being changed (ex. ranks/kicking/banning). Don't feel comfortable in WG. A big thank you to the following: -The same people I always see at events, especially raids and wars. You guys know who you are and you're the role models of the clan. You put the clan first and would rather have fun then let down others. -Anyone that has ever posted in the suggestions forum. You are the fuel that keeps WG running. Don't ever be afraid to express your opinions even if you take shit for it. -Darth Magul, for bearing an extremely heavy burden recently and doing more than is asked of him. -The handful of newer guardians that aren't receiving proper recognition, you should know who you are. Maybe because I've been out of it for so long but We've been in worse times. People are willing to change. I know that myself, and MANY other people hold you in a great light. You are one of the most respected and dedicated WG I've met, and I'm not saying that to make you change. I know I'm one of many that think that. Losing you would be like losing Vephy; it leaves a spot that is very difficult to replace, if ever. Whatever decision you make is up to you, but I at least want you to think about this. Its not as bad as it seems. The sad thing is, nothing will change, not because the staff don't want it to, not because the council aren't putting all their effort into it, but because while WG has this lazy mentality, nothing can change... I didn't solve it as Council and i don't know who can. Randy, argh why bother saying more.... Words can't express how much respect I have for you. When I got Council you mentored me, you have always been there to help, always been supportive. You have never deserved the treatment you've had to put up with.
