Reading suggestions would also be a priority since one suggestion is enough to make a difference in everything clan-related. I'd op Glenn so he could power abuse you all. I'd stop warring for the day and just have everyone hang out in like groups of 5 to 7 people that I put together. Then people would get ot know each other better. If your really vested in true friendship with each other the clan would be stronger. Take the lowest active people and give them to the most active groups to try to blend them in to make them feel welcome and needed in the clan. Mix up the skillers and killers. We are one family with many interests and respecting each other is important. Old or New School really doesn't have to be an issue. I love all of WG. I'd open up team speak to trusted ex members. Ex members that still have close bonds to the clan and are forum active. Make up some 10 point scale that they have to score 8 on to be aloud in the ts. I'd make a female only forum for the few of us ladies that might want to share stuff that is for girls only. Lock it with a password that only the girls had except for JC he could be our moderator. Well until a female gets on council. I'd just fill the spots on council that are empty. Temperory council that is qualified til a vote could be done. To much work for the few we have. Sorta like USA appoints the Supreme Judges. Hmm....The part about a group of 5 people hanging out for the day and getting to know each other sounds like a good idea! Also there can be a leader for each group and he would decide all the events and stuff they would do for the day.
