I'm also running XP and this is on my desktop, not my laptop. I found a cool theme to use and just went with it after figuring out how to set it up, which took forever, and I liked the background after searching "desktop background" on google, so I used it. The internet is a wonderful tool.  Pic #2 I took another pic that actually shows the background this time. --------------------  Thanks Sam for an awesome job and an awesome wait!

Your wish is my command! I am using: LiteStep - modded zero theme originally by k1netx Rainmeter - modded Enigma theme, with a few extra meters, such as the weather CD Art Display - modded Enigma theme provided in the Enigma package. Currently, the line that seperates my taskbar was made by me and also the side bar was. The weather was highly customized, changing the sizes, which makes it near unrecognizable. I did use that meter. On LiteStep, I changed quite a few of the "meters", moving the open programs to a taskbar area, and moving the system tray to the bottom left hand corner, allowing it to open like it is in the process. I would probably try to do more, but I just cannot think of anything that big right now that I would want to add to my desktop. I also changed the configurations to allow me to use the click on desktop features of LiteStep to the way I wanted. A double left click opens up the start menu. A middle click (Yes my mouse has a middle button), brings me up a dialog of all of my shortcuts that I would have on a desktop, and then a right click shows me options. These can be seen on the previous page, but they look more like the picture shown on this page. I made the background to the desktop-click and I also changed the font and made it to where it accepted the pictures. Any questions? Is there anything I can help with? Do you need more information? Is there anything that you think I should add to my desktop? Change the shape of my sidebar to be more straight? I want something to do. -------------------- | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
