I did two Father Flame runs yesterday; with this and evasion I think I can solo the Leeeeeeeeeeeeeroy! achievement on a rogue!  I might have to respec' to get preparation though, not sure if 20 seconds of evasion will be enough time to get all 50 whelps gathered and slaughtered without getting k0'd.// edit // Was two seconds away from getting it the first time, ran into a druid who helped the second time around so it was easy. Also, Blizzard didn't fix that you can learn transmutes after doing a transmutation by just making random alchemist crap; picked up 5 more transmutes yesterday.  Should have the last of them this evening, which is pointless anyway since they're on a 20 hour CD; useless spells really until we get Eternal Might. -------------------- | ||||

| IRC Nickname: Samurai-JM Group: Emeritus Posts: 3204 Member No.: 117 Joined: January 11, 2008 Total Events Attended: 8 | lol that achievement was so fun. i gotta go back and do the whole thing at some point, along with all the other old raids(only ones I've done are Molten Core and Onyxia). but yea, I got nerfffed Titansteel Guardian lost a crapload of SP and now with my new helm I'm below 18k mana unbuffed... so I'm thinking of going for the Warmace of Unrequited Love for an extra 45 or so INT and probably the 25m OS cloak for a nice upgrade there. That'll put me around 19k which'll pwn fase.  I had to do it.  Anyway, I've never done any of the old raids before, or anything at all during BC. I quested to 70 and was working on my epic flyer just as WotLK came out, so I've barely run anything below the 76-80 mark. Going back and exploring is great fun, but as a rogue I can't take out most of the really leet bosses so it's also a bit of a pain as well. Tried to take General Drakkisath but no dice, so the big names are definitely beyond me. -------------------- | ||||

We had Shadron to 10% on 3D last night (so just a few more seconds of tha difficult part of the fight) so we should get it down next time. Now that 3.08 hit do you take the portals? Or just heal through 'em like usual with tank CDs? I'd give my left arm for ONE TTT drop. I'll be the one to recieve it if it does infact exist. Oh, and had a Hunter die at 8% on Kel'thuzad while going for the Undying this week. I think I've got like 5 achievments left for Glory of the Hero. -------------------- | ||||

When Vesperon and Shadron are down, and vesperons disciple is summoned, you do not take portals, but you Slow the burst of you dps. Once shadron is down, take the portal and kill his disciple, while in there, kill vesperons disciple too. Then come out and start dpsing vesperon. As he summons more disciples, you need a plate dps (I was the one who did it as sword and board ret pally) to run in and tnak him with 2/3 healers and the rest of the dps.
