I know that Jagex is great when it comes to this sort of thing. When I was playing from a public library isp, someone tried to hack me. I let Jagex know right away and they caught the guy. So hang in there. Fortunately for me, they did not get into my account, but they tried. Now I am back behind a hardware firewall and feeling a little safer. But I change my password regularly now.
