I feel this issue is something worth touching on. In real life if you got punished for something you didn't do, would you just 'deal with it'? I know I wouldn't. If I was in court, ready st start fighting my case, but was just sentenced with a Misdemeanor with nothing to do about it, I would NOT settle for that. Everyone here should have a right to back up their case, if you can't prove with hard evidence that he actually intended to white screen/DC at the time of being piled, then no warning level should be issued. It's the same idea of "reasonable doubt" in the US court system. Warn levels aren't just something you should take and get over with them. It's a strike on your record, no matter how you look at it, shows that you've done something wrong. If warning levels really didn't matter, then why have them? They're used for a purpose, and should be given out when needed and justified. --------------------   | ||||
