Your circumstantial evidence does not count as proof and the leaders say they have proof he did not leak, so one and two are out.

The only one left is three, which is much less likely than the option that you failed to mention: CR did not fulfill his pvp expectations and he has stronger ties of friendship to certain members in WG. However even overlooking the option you left out, I do not think we have ever barred members from getting into WG because they are power-hungry. After all, we do accept a slew of members who join with aspirations of being pvp leaders (either formal or informal) and helping WG to climb ranks, which can benefit the clan if they are truly dedicated, but can also be devastating if they leave when we need them the most.
