 IRC Nickname: Sgtswordfish Group: Guest Posts: 1737 Member No.: 1758 Joined: March 9, 2009 Total Events Attended: 64 | my condolences to everyone affected by it. losing a friend is truly one thing but a great person is another and from what i've read for the past hour a great man has fallen. as for vr. everyone's hell comes to everyone sooner or later. its just a matter of time thus we must not bring vengeance upon us but allow life to take its toll for as for how you reap its how you sow. don't take it the wrong way, but it won't change the fact that what has been said is said and whats done is done. truly its sad thomas can't defend himself but it somehow seems ironic that he has brought this down on himself for better or worse. for the sake of argument i'll make a brief opinion on death. first of all, we are all going to move on sooner or later. death has no age nor is biased nor racist. with that said i think we can concur that his death was imminent. or was it? then again as stated previously it could be stopped. prevented. people that commit suicide go thru a proccess in which they feel that meaning have been lost and its time to move on and end the world as they know it. this is probably why alot of people feel terrible because they had the chance to make that difference but they blew it. then there are others that grieve his passing and remember him for his deeds and who he was but cannot do anything about it because he has moved on. and lasty those that pay their respects and leave. the truth of the matter is. he didn't die because it was his time. no one went ahead and took his life away. in the end he made the difficult and selfish choice to take what was not his to take to begin with. a gift that is given is not something to taken lightly. with that said its no wonder everyone is sad, for someone to take his life its a sure way to gain everyone's attention. in any case i don't feel sad nor sorry. i respect his decision as a man so be it thomas, i'll drink for thee and good luck wherever death may take you --------------------  Goals 2011  | ||

Regardless, a death is a death and I'm saddened by it. He seemed like a genuinely friendly and easy going guy. What VR did...I have no words for. It's disgusting.
