This is why I voted other. Even though it may help some people get motivated to train and join, I've heard that it failed in the past.

I think being friends with these lower levels and chatting to them may be better. If they hear the great times you're having and the love of the clan, why wouldn't they want to be full members?

just a quick thought????

mind specifying the "great times" of which you speak.

i enjoy everyone's company. that's true...
but rarely do i have the time to hang with you guys. mostly due to the weekend schedules.(work, family) jaja ja.
its funny how i've developed a list that goes on..and on.

on another note. during the weekdays its normally the same events.

maybe i'm asking for too much but its kinda boring just being told wat to do. like today bto called a random raid event as a test. sadly i couldn't go because i had plans and wasn't in rs to begin with. i'm the type of guy that likes to learn at a constant pace. i'm prettty motivated but too lazy to do anything in wg. which is odd cuz i just happen to be lazy "in WG"

or is it because wg has no incentives to offer? or because there's something i've just been too blinded to see.

it has become a routine. i could probably assimilate this to my job. and i enjoy my job. but when rs becomes a job i think we can all guarantee that at least we don't pay taxes but neither do we get paid.

currently i'm planning on getting a mon-fri job and just lagging by until i can accomodate my schedule. that's just me in a heartbeat.

but when there are people who are new, active, and enthusiastic you mold into lazy bumbs like i am. then i think we're not truly trying.
as for the whole junior clan ordeal its a great idea. it just requires alot of thoughtful thinking. just because you've failed before dosen't mean alot. i've seen low lvl clans that are fun and innovative just with skillz and fun matches. nothing competitive.

i'm making a comparison to drive the point accross that i do support the establishment of a junior clan only if certain requirements are met. those are.

a management system with strong influences from the main clan.

an innovative leader with creative and self-reliable assistance. (cabinet)

and (admins) who keep the clan rolling in a soothing manner.

oh, almost forgot. with any new organization u can't go about without a mission statement. with that you're not only detailing what the clan is about but the outlook of a future and one which we can all relate.

i don't feel up to anything really....i think most of you guys got the clan just the way you like it and are satisfied with it. as you can tell from my tone i'm not. but heck! i'm the new guy. so who gives a darn wink.gif

by tomorrow i'll probably feel alittle stronger and actually write a program myself that will illustrate better what i want to get accross. meanwhile we'll just keep discussing how junior clans fail =P

Fishy

I laughed at your post. I think you fail to see the point. We aren't being negative about the clan. Just that in our experiences that things appear to be great but in action are not. Actually your attitude is much more negative than the fail one of the Jr clan.

Take a step back and realize sometimes longer members have seen things even I don't know about. I want to see some of your own ideas in suggestions forum now. You have been here long enough to not only have an opinion but start sharing ideas you might have to help us improve. Don't get upset if they get shot down. It takes many attempts to get it right sometimes.

Some new ideas accessible to all members would be better too. You could host some events and try to place your creativity there a bit more. I'm thinking about hosting 1 or 2 new events this month. I'd like it to be something that can gain people's interest without being a boss or raid or simple skilling event.
