What do you have to offer as an Event Leader?I'm consistent and fair. I am a very friendly and understanding person. I would help a good bit in IRC and the forum. I don't think every event needs to be spectacular but they need to all be fun. I am friendly enough to get people to come to events. I would look out for our trial guardians and make sure they were getting the events they needed to graduate. I'm capable of leading skills events and know enough to get help with pvp events if I needed to do that as well. I'm a female and think differently than you guys do. Sometimes that can be a real asset as well.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? I should be about the same lvl of activity.

What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? My not always being the best at everything gives me the ability to see others struggling. I notice things that others might not pick up on. Some of you might see that as a bad thing, but I'm optimistic and think it is truly helpful.

Is there anything else you would like to say? Yes to the council and staff, please choose wisely and not just for friendships. It doesn't matter the length that we have been here as much as who you believe will do the best job. If I am not chosen, it is fine. To the other applicants: Best luck to all of you. I hope that who ever doesn't make it will still host some events. Everyone working together makes for a better and happier clan.

One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continously throughout your service to the best of your ability? Yes.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

rachel is a very friendly lady. she is very helpful to the guardians and lower rank, and is active. when no one supported my ideas/views, she was there for me. if it wasnt for her i would probably be in some other clan. im sure she needed a lot of guts and support to post something like that, and im here to back up everything she believes she can do and is.

-optimistic
-friendly
-active
-has been in wg for a good amount of time
-is a female (may think differently and an an advantage)

What do you have to offer as an Event Leader?
I have a wealth of experience in Runescape and in WG to bring to the position. I am the owner of a quest cape, meaning I have access to pretty much anywhere and anything in Runescape, which would allow me more variety in what events I choose to make. I am committed to make events that will help benefit the clan (through experience gains or cash flow) while maintaining a focus on bonding as a clan. I would like to help round out the WG experience, as of late it seems that non-PVP has been more or less neglected among the events schedule.

I can also pledge that I would handle duties as event leader with maturity and professionalism, and I hope the interactions I've made over the past year or so as a member of the clan can attest to that.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive?
Moving back to UF for the start of fall semester will probably take me out for a few days in mid-August.

What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader?
I have a high level of patience, diligence, and intelligence to bring to the table, as well as the confidence to make tough decisions.

Is there anything else you would like to say?
Good luck to everyone applying, and good luck on the tough choice ahead, council and staff.

One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continously throughout your service to the best of your ability?
Yes.

What do you have to offer as an Event Leader?
I can host early events as i have summer vacation and im mostly online from early morning to late nights. I will help gmt members get the events they want, skiller and combat. Because you guys don't really have much gmt events. I can also pop in for aussie events like the raid if i am up early enough.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive?
No, unless something would pop up but i don't really think that would be the thing.

What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader?
I think i am pretty know in clan, especcially to council and older members, i think im pretty well known for my activity and some councils r happy to have a talk, just to chill without everything going on and everybody complaining. I listen to the requests of the ppl above me (council etc) and i try give ppl moral and keep a nice spirit in the clan.

Is there anything else you would like to say?
If i get chosen, i will need some times to think of ideas for new, fun events to get some active people in here. The base for an active clan is an active leader and ppl who support them. That is very important, the council also needs confirmation that they do it right. Ppl should congratz the council more often instead of pecking about the small mistakes (there are and always be small errors). Also as a player you need to respect other people so stop flaming nd stuffs, if you give respect you will receive respect and you will become a tighter group. (no darf, i ain't gay)

One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continously throughout your service to the best of your ability? Yes, If i would fade i would step down if i couldn't continue to continue my duties. This is a promise and a thing i will avoid.

Succes to all the other applicants,
may the best one win!

What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? I will find the balance between good pvp events and skilling events. It is apparent that we need more skilling events that can be fun. I will find ways to make them unique and interesting. I want to refine and reinvent what a good event should be like. This will be done through my creativity and hard work. I will take a few hours for each event and carefully and thoughtfully try to find something fun and different. Consulting Members, Council and Leaders on best ideas and times will be a top priority. The advertising of events will be done when I'm in IRC and frequently so all members will have a better chance of catching my events. I have a desire to combine some skilling events and pvp like events with a strong effort to bring back some of our old Anti-RPKing traditions. As in protecting skillers and our pkers can get few pks maybe in process. We are neglecting are Anti-RPKing code somewhat and it might be interesting to rediscover this tradition of of ours. All of these efforts I think will make the clan more diverse and unified in the different aspects of our clan. Pkers will get to experience little bit more of skilling and skillers will appreciate pking and pvp a little bit more. There will also be some boss hunting events of course, since I love doing that. Overall I want to be open and accessible to all members of the clan and guarantee something for everyone.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? School and tennis will probably keep me pretty busy in the fall, but I still think I can keep up my duties and establish myself by then.

What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? Everyone applying I think would make a good event leader. I'll guarentee I'll be especially active and create numerous events for everyone. I am very thorough on events that I make.

Is there anything else you would like to say? I'm just one pick out of many qualified here, but I think I can work especially hard to make good events. I'll be sensitive to feedback from members on how to improve events as well and what times would work best. I would like to add I've done a lot of events leading up to this application. However I don't think the leadership should judge me positively or negatively based on this. I have a desire to create events and maybe collaborate on ideas. I'm also willing to host public events for recruitment if I'm not selected. Everyone here could do good job in my opinion and I'd like to just be involved that is all. I just want to be more involved in wee gee. I will also try to break THE EVIL CURSE OF GETTING KO'D AS EVENT LEADER!!

One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continously throughout your service to the best of your ability? Yes, it will be a week by week basic I'll make sure to have a good number of events. I'll keep a quota for myself that will be met each week. I want to try to cover a wide base of time zones as well and meet our most active time zones strong as well. The different time zones will most likely be my biggest challenge and getting people motivated to come more often.
