He isn't expecting anyone to give up RS. There just has to be a lil balance. I think having moderators of some type to help out is a good idea. There has to be balance though to do this. More people need to talk to the event or raid leaders with issues that they could help with. It doesn't always need council. I'm always open to helping people with whatever.
