There's a lot more to leading PKs than meets the eye. You need to have rapid reactions, be able to make informed decisions on the spot, and be able to offer strong moral support to the team. Especially important on teamspeak. You've always got to think for both yourself and the team, which is hard to do if you've never done it before. Anyone can walk around the wilderness with people following them, it takes certain skills to be a real raid leader. When did you join WG, and why did you join? Well, I just have come back to WG a couple months but the old school WG know that I have previous RL experience as I was with WG for a long time before I quit and during which time I was promoted to one. 2. On what days are you active? What is your usual online/playing time (GMT/EST)? (ex. 1:00pm GMT - 10:00pm GMT) Right now I can literally play any time because I just graduated and am still job hunting. I am awake from 11:00am Pacific - 2:00am or so Pacific time, so anytime between there. 3. Do you have Teamspeak and a microphone? I have TS, I also have a wirless bluetooth microphone which I am told will work for TS but I have never tried it, so I am going to say yes for a mic. 4. Are you comfortable with F2P & P2P combat raiding alike? Most defintaly, I have tons of wilderness experience in and out of P2P. 5. What is your view on the way WG is headed in pvp? What do you feel about F2P? P2P? Well, right now to be honest actual raiding is horrible. No, not when we fight is horrible, I'm reffering to never actually raiding, even though we have offical raid times. I feel WG can definatly become a P2P powerhouse with the right direction and teachings from it's members, as for F2P, I don't mind it, but with our current member count and such I think we are much more effective in P2P. 6. It is important to have a goal to strive towards while leading. What are your goals for WG if you become a Raid Leader? How do you think you will achieve it? Remember to elaborate. Well, my goals are to make WG happy, or at least satisfied. I guess my main goal would to be start making WG known again as we used to be such a dominant P2P Force, as well as an overall clan. As far as achieveing it goes we would need to actual RAID on our offical raid times. More raid leaders such as myself would ensure that would happen. 7. Do you plan on going inactive within the next six months? A job is a definte possibility in the next 6 months but it won't completely hinder my playing time, not at all. My hours will just be more limited, but I shouldn't be inactive. 8. What qualities do you have that would make you a good Raid Leader and place you above other candidates? Well, I have a great deal of wilderness experience, I consider myself quite wealthy as returning won't be a problem and I know what it takes to win fights such as returning, organizing the clan, making sure everyone is doing their part, making sure people know what they are doing in the wilderness, etc. I am also a very approachble, friendly person to which I hope most of WG could turn to if they had a problem with our pking whether it be F2P, P2P, Or setting something up. But most of all the biggest edge over others that I think I have is being a Raid Leader in WG previously, I already know what to expect and am ready to deal with those expectations. 9. One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continously throughout your service to the best of your ability? Yes. 10. Are you commited to stay with WG regardless of whether not you are promoted? Of course. Just a final note, I know I look like a new face to most of the members that have been here the last 6 months or so, but I promise you i'm no noob to the wilderness and I have thinking about what's best for WG. I was looking on rsc and I noticed the topic of WG and I joined the IRC. I just loved the clan straight away and I made good friends really quick by joining some events. George was always a gd friend of me back when he was EL. He helped me alot so i joined and i liked it. Thanx gorgie  Later on I rejoined because I missed my "rs family". 2. Right now WG is getting back up after a small slump because we had some inactive council etc. But now we should be looking forward into the future and we should make our own destiny. We can do whatever we want but we need YOU to help us! Once u get the members interested we can go on and take on bigger clans wich brings us in a cycle. Active members => Better pulls to wars and raids => we can fight and win against better clans => we get more active and experienced members => ... F2p is not really great right now because of our pretty small ml and we can do more in p2p 6. It is important to have a goal to strive towards while leading. My goal is to make everyone intrested and actually WANTING to come to raids and wars. I want to create a good mood before raids/wars. I want to pump our members. I will be dedicated towards wg and form a team with leecable, the other gmt RL. I would also like to get rid of the weekly raids. Having planned raids every same date nd time is not good. The raid leaders also have a life and it's better that they make a raid that fits theyre scedule. It will also be better to get some action. I also wanna get them to post every raid in the pvp events forum. so ppl will be reminded of it and have sign ups for it. That will also help with the activity checks. 7. What qualities do you have that would make you a good Raid Leader and place you above other candidates? First of all I want to start off with something that cant be missed. -Activity!: That's right, if ur not active u don't got qualities that will help u. -Dare to do stuff!: If u don't risk it, u won't win it! => one of my life morals. In the real life u need to try alot of things, for example getting a job: If there's a high position in a company to be filled, and u dont apply for it, u might wonder ur whole life what if I actually applied! -Respect!: I respect everyone in wg for what they do. From the council to a simple trial guardian. They all have theyre jobs in wg, if we would miss any of those wg wouldn't excist. -Contact with allies: Most allies already know me from my events and I've talked to quite some and it's always handy to be friends with the allied leaders. -Teamspeak pile calls: I have some experience with calling piles in f2p and p2p because I take over whenever bto or lee die and nobody's calling. I joined because it was my first real clan and i thought zezima was in it at the time. If your talking about me rejoining then i rejoined because this clan always felt like home. 2. On what days are you active? What is your usual online/playing time (GMT/EST)? (ex. 1:00pm GMT - 10:00pm GMT) All the time im active i can most likely come to any events. I have rugby coming up but thats only 2 times a week and game days. 3. Do you have Teamspeak and a microphone? TS and Vent and a mic 4. Are you comfortable with F2P & P2P combat raiding alike? I f2p and p2p pk daily as a soloer and i have much experience in both leading. 5. What is your view on the way WG is headed in pvp? What do you feel about F2P? P2P? At the moment i think we need to be more strict on activity in both f2p and p2p. We're aiming towards more p2p which i like but we need to remember much of the clan world looks at f2p so for our image we can't stop practicing f2p. 6. It is important to have a goal to strive towards while leading. What are your goals for WG if you become a Raid Leader? How do you think you will achieve it? Remember to elaborate. My goal is to pull 80 percent of our members to schedueled (not mega raid) raid. Also my final goal is to be able to beat DI and/or RoT in a p2p pkri (much more in the future). 7. Do you plan on going inactive within the next six months? Yeah i plan on dieing in exactly 6 months. 8. What qualities do you have that would make you a good Raid Leader and place you above other candidates? Experience as a RL in wg before. Experience in top clans such as DF so my f2p skills are keen. P2P pking is a second nature to me. I have been in Shadow Elves (in there prime) and TR so i know many clan tactics and how they work. 9. One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continously throughout your service to the best of your ability? I have motivation. I remember this clan in its prime when clans were actually scared to step out in the wilderness when they knew we were out. We were the pinnacle of pvp no one could ever beat us.
