I think these problems could have been worked out. Part of that seems to be an in in-activeness in part of the Council. Also part of it is on your side with dealing with it a little rough. We have raid leaders as was mentioned earlier. Things will definitely be picking on the side of PvP. So that really isn't a leave unless you can't wait for that. I don't know what to say, I rather just avoid the drama being brought out from this leaving. I'll just wish you good luck in your future plans.
