how to punish him is not very clear ban or demote

I think Joe needs to spend less time trolling and do something better with the free time he has. Honestly, stop questioning everything and stop making it seem like this is more than what it looks like.

Do you honestly think that EoS wants to come after a clan like WG? Really? WG wouldn't last 5 minutes against EoS.

I think you should do the same. Maybe breaking the rules should be a serious issue instead of well he didn't mean it. yeah well if people didn't mean a lot of things the world would be a nice happy place but it isn't it's based on ACTION.

I see both sides to this. He is my friend and I would not want to see a ban. I suggest a 3 day suspension with no demotion and a 20% warn. It is the slap on the hand he deserves and yet not harsh because he meant us no harm.

It is obvious to most of us that he just wants to do all his fighting and have a great community. Unfortunately, this breaks our rule of multi-clanning.

No reason to flame council for having a difficult time with punishing him. It's hard to punish someone when they don't have malice intent. This falls in the area of Council using good judgment and being able to slightly bend with the rule.

What does a demotion hurt? He broke a WG rule. If I was to multi-clan just because I wanted to fight with EoS, what would you do different?

Anyways, you guys should really start checking IP's of every user that has Mod CP and Admin CP weekly/monthly/whatever, if theres an IP change and no admin mentioned it then you know where the security leak came from, would really get you rid of most of the spying issues lol. (Just postin' after reading the mickey ban topic but its closed)
