having people do paperwork isn't fun.

maybe instead of having bitches....have assistants

it works the same way except they are learning to become a future council, much more rewarding than being someone's bitch.

In time you'll learn that, being someones assistant is exactly the same as being someones bitch, just put in nicer words to comfort the bitch.

Example of why bitches are needed:

Cody on Solace run-in topic: "Yeah sure, But we HAVE to get some practice in before this."

Who did any? The fight's today.

Stokenut on Poison run-in topic: "I want banners, mass PM's, training and well stocked banks."

Banners, Mass PM's, that could be bitch work while Stokenut could check banks or mentor a tank narb...

And on a sidenote, at the time of this post those two topics weren't updated in terms of signups, and I doubt PM's had been sent out to the non-signups... on the very day of the Solace fight.

I suggest creating bitches that would do some of the administrative work

^ *cough* APPLICATION MANAGERS *cough* ^
Been there done that, disaster struck!

Lmao I'd be app manager tbh.

But really, it would be nice if the current ranks actually did their job, thus eliminating the need for MORE ranks to do it for them. Because tbh, everything should be covered.

You just want a rank tard.

If I had one you'd be in 20% club for that lol.gif

If you had 1 i'd hang myself eck13.gif

Unless you said something about it in temp inactivity you'd be in 40% club.

Practice - EL, RL, Warlord, Council
Banners - Everyone
Mass PM's - Admins
Training and well stocked banks - Everyone

Like I said, there's already someone to do it. The question is IF they do it.

Definitely agree, don't know why we got rid of mods in the first place.

I'd recommended naming the rank something other than 'bitches' though. You might get more appliants wink.gif

It has a range of meanings but its primary usage is to describe labourers with little control over their employment conditions.

In other words, updating attendance, signups, updating the banners, processing the apps, awards, promotions.

Apart from sounding like the worst rank ever updating this stuff would require mod CP same access as staff dry.gif and then promotions / apps would require admin CP this means these random bitches we appoint would have the power to shut down our forums LOL. Sounds like a bloody great idea to me ... Plus mod CP allows them to suspend people through abuse of warn level etc.. It sounds like a good idea getting a so called bitch to do this work BUT it is not practical as they would need access which would basically make them a staff member. The only way something like this could work is with an moderator / app manager rank however we had both of them before and they both died because no one wanted to do it dry.gif So why try bring back something that has already failed ??? huh.gif

Good point Groe. This can only work if someone enjoys being the bitch, of course.
