I would love to agree also, but I don't see it happening.
Honestly the real big reason I'm leaving is due to wars.

We have a lot of uninterested guardians in the clan, who are here for a community, but don't give 2 hoots about how we perform in the wilderness. Its not good for the clans reputation to be constantly losing, it doesn't hold up in the clan world very well at all. The last 9 months in WG have just been 1 big circle. Shown here, is a topic of exactly the same problems we're having now. We're still low leveled, and 9 months onward from that topic, nothing really changed. Sure, you can promise changes, you can promise me that people will get pvp active, but in the end, it actually needs to happen.

Sure, I've seen this clan try to have a shot at getting more pvp active, but when members throw comments out like "I joined for a community, and I don't really care how we do in pvp", its not making my time here worth it. Another comment as this "I say Chilling clan. I really do not mind missing out on all the wars we lose... " backs up my first sentence.

With the current council, I don't see us becoming more pvp active. With stokenut as truly the only real person with experience, he's what you guys need. When it comes to george + rachel, you both have roots in skilling. You're both good leaders in your own way, but when WG needs to be pushed into more pvp, it isn't really suited to either of you. Darth, you could actually make a majority in the council, yet somehow I see you more as a community rank? Eugene, you're really really good for community, and you will always be a friend of mine, yet I only wish you were around more.

Currently steve is like the only real person I see trying to push for pvp. It takes too long to pass something through council, because half of the council are more focused on a community.

Do note that WG will always have a spot in my heart. You all watched me grow, watched me work from level 100-126, surpassing many of you on the way. At this very moment though, WG is not the right clan for me. I shouldn't be getting frustrated after every war we have.

Snowzak, you're right in saying that maybe someday I'll be back.
Maybe one day when I'm less active than I am now.
However for now, I think its best to take some time, to decide what clan I shall move to.

Council shouldn't have to be 'kicked' to make them do their job. They're meant to provide motivation for the clan by themselves. That's why they're council. You can't have 1 true leader with 4 workers doing the job for you. That isn't what makes a group of leadership.

You all need to have self motivation in your own right.
