6 months as Event Leader, making constant events throughtout those 6 months, not just making one week of events then going inactive till people complain about lack of events.

Event leaders should be making 1-2 events per week each with our activity atm, and all you have been doing was 1 week of 4 events or so, and then 1-2 weeks off.

Yea, its pretty hard to scape when you dont have an account, soz

and even when i was banned, i still posted on forums everyday and talked to members.

and as i recall, i taught you the ropes of being Event Leader as you took gorge's spot when he got promoted to Council, so im pretty sure I can judge you

I've made more events than that per week. I don't remember anyone teaching me much when I got rank honestly. You can't make the assumption you can judge me based off of that.

Frankly if it weren't for me the event leader rank might be dead for a good span of time. Most of the times months before you got here I've been the only real active event leader. Seriously there were weeks where I only made events every day. If I get burnt out and have someone cover a week for me it is more like them making it up to me because they haven't done there job. Don't tell me I'm a bad leader.

Not having an account or having it. Fact is you still haven't been around. As illustrated you have no idea how consistent I have been in my role. Yet you continue to judge me on isolated incidents to portray me as someone that lacks responsibility and someone who doesn't give a shit about WG.

Ya we did after the incident. If he is saying that now, I really question his seriousness in it... We had a conversation in pm afterwards. We discussed why we don't like each other, why I wasn't removing the ban and why it was warranted. Later on I said we could do some try do some stuff on rs to try to bury the past. I hope that is still possible?

I'm pretty disappointed. Apparently he wants to keep the fight going than resolve it. Which I was going to work on with Maths next few days. I hope I'm wrong and we can start building some mutual respect. That is my only desire at this point, but this topic just threw a wrench in it all.

I had to deal with my mum going into hospital with life threating surgury, school and representing my state in basketball and i still managed my 2 events per week.

Seriously, can we stop this personal banter and stay on topic, i dont really feel i need to prove myself to you

I havnt been around? I have done so much stuff behind the scenes that you wouldnt know about.

And just the sheer fact that not having an account didnt stop me from coming back to help WG in its time of need is proof have much I care and how much I am around for this clan.

Well to stay on topic. His trolling and flaming has been consistent toward me. It is very casual to the average member it might seem but it isn't. So the warning will stay. The ban from irc will be lifted in 2 hours like I told Maths earlier.

I'm glad you care so much for WG, I do too. Consistency is judged over a large span of time. If you are to judge me there have been far worse staff. Even during the time you have been criticizing yet I do not see personal criticisms regarding them. I think you are biased in your criticism of me.
