WG won't be the same without you sad.gif Things look really bad with the memberlist the lowest I've ever seen it... IRC is pretty dead too, what do we do now?

One of the best council members I've seen in my time in WG. You were one of the most dependable staff members I've ever seen. You stayed dedicated your entire run, and never failed to perform your duties. You were one of my best friends in WG, someone that I knew I could always joke around and mess with. I feel kinda guilty though, only drew came close to the amount of harassment I gave you.
I love you darf frown.gif

We all know the truth. Discontent is widespread. Drama is uncontested, and members are constantly fighting against their own leaders. Leaders are fighting back, demanding more effort, but in the end the result is just more Drama. Ex-members ridicule and undermine our actions, causing more unneeded drama. Members are disappointed with the efforts of the staff, which of many have given up themselves. Attendance has been dropping lower and lower, regardless of what we try to argue. Effort after effort has been unsuccessful, and despite many efforts to rally WG through major events, the result is still the same; we are dying.

We continue to fight, but we all know that the fire is gone.
There is no passion anymore, and we all know it. There is no denying it.
People continue to give their efforts, but you can see that it’s only delaying the end.
We continue to fight, desperately trying to cling to survival, but in the end is it worth it?  Is it worth members fighting leaders, friends fighting family, all for the sake of…what?

Our history? Our prestige? Our pride?
None of that truly exists anymore.
Look at us; we’ve been reduced to a ragged rabble of what we used to be. We’re constantly bickering, and nothing is changing for the better.

Our family and our community? Look around; can you truly call us a family anymore? We need to stop lying to ourselves. WG has prided itself on having the friendliest community, with a unique variety of events unparalleled in the clan world. The second part is true, but what once truly defined WG no longer exists.

Is this the way we want it to end? "Friend” and “family” clutching at each other’s throats, angry and disappointed, until we finally are reduced to nothing? The WG today barely is barely recognizable. It’s time to put WG out of its misery.

We call ourselves family. We say that WG is more than just a gaming clan. We’ve built up a sense of pride about WG that we stubbornly refuse to surrender. You all know what I’m talking about.

But it’s time to let go.

Well man if you are serious about leaving, then I respect that and wish you the best for the future. I haven't really had chance to be active enough to see your work, but from what i have seen and heard about, and knowing the qualities you have, safe to say you've done a grand job and the clan will miss you. No one can last in council for a very long time (except gene), and you've done a mighty fine job. Make sure you stick around though! : )

Well done Darth; you fulfilled your position to the fullest I would say, I was happy to watch you lead WG from the front. You did a good job, sad to see you go but all things have to come to an end at some point.

Hope everything goes well for your future wherever you may go.

We all need to Recruit and then recruit some more!!!

Seriously guys, I've started really working at recruiting friends. Just start asking everyone. Currently we don't have a strong warring record. We can do this with new people and just start warring together and we will improve.

Kyle, I know the passion of the clan looks dim but some of us need to be here to help it come back. You're an important part of WG. I'd like mostly to see you stay council but if not then take raid leader or Elite guardian at the very least. Remember we are like a family, sometimes we even have feuds and fights. We have a great group of members currently in WG and our community is improving. I have been noticing more talking in IRC lately too. Look to the positive.

I wasn't here to witness Darth being council, but I'm positive he put his all into it and tried his best, just because that's what kind of person he is.

I know it's hard because I've been in the same position in the past, but right now your a huge part of this clan if not the backbone.

Your staying emeritus right now so that's good news. I just recently rejoined WG because I heard it was in the biggest slump it's ever seen, and knowing you were council, I'm positive you could pull it out of the slump with time.

But if your really that burnt out which I could understand, I would do the same thing. Although I would really love to see you around the same amount if not more.

A long time best friend.
When are you enlisting again? This is just an early way to say goodbye anyways, it was coming eventually.
I heart you bro
