It's been decided that two council is enough, given our current member base. Have ye read and understood the warning? for the love of the sea comment on why the warning be needed and of what relevance it be to ye as an applicant. Aye, and I understand this clearly having been in the crew for over five years. I have seen what this can do to pirate lords members, and I believe at this point in time whoever be elected will be on the receiving end of this from day one. I however, see this as a challenge, to finally show the crew my full potential and give ye all everything I have. 2. Why be ye applying for the pirate lords? I have an extremely deep passion for this crew, I want the crew to succeed! I see this as my opportunity to show ye all what I be made of, at present we all know the crew be stuck in a massive rut and should I have my way I will be implementing plans that i have discussed with quite a few of ye to get us out of it. I see the need for Four major focuses to ensure the crew's stability and future all of which build upon the following point. These be: - recruitment - My first aim be to bring about a larger focus upon recruitment and build back up our member list - community - Then building up our ties with the drunk members through events and such, whilst weeding out trouble makers. Overall building up a solid friendly and active community. - training - In Nay way do I mean OPH, but I would like to bring in some incentives for those who do train. - PVP - This in the end be what it builds up to, I don't expect to be winning wars and fights immediately, that will come with time. What I do plan on bringing in be more PVP, that be a key problem at present, we have one raid a week at maximum two and rarely have a full out fight or pkri, clearly we be rusty and we be not practicing enough for it to be worth our while having a major fight, I want to change that. Over all I wish to make some changes to the crew (some which some people may consider drastic, however I wager they be essential for us to succeed.) 3. What do ye perceive to be your current role in the crew and in what way do ye believe that ye have helped the crew to prosper? The drunk fart - I have been around for way to long, however with that comes a mighty deep knowledge of our crew and how it functions, and be always willing to share what I know and be of assistance in any way I can to crew members and staff alike. I would like to wager that I have always stood firmly for the crew's beliefs and standards and tried be a role model in the image of those. 4. What qualities place ye above other people applying for this position? I would never say anything places me above any other member of this crew, I look upon all of ye as equals and share a deep respect for ye all. I do believe however I have an extreme passion drive for the crew and spend a great part of my day filtering through different ideas in my head to bring to the crew to help improve the crew in any way I can. I have some leadership experience in crew life, however I also have a large amount of leadership experience in real life, including mediation of peers, and project management all. I also believe I be a mighty positive person and believe that whilst being realistic in things that we do, this crew needs to become much more positive. 5. What makes ye wager ye can last for a long period in the pirate lords? Absolutely, I cannot see myself leaving for any reason, I have Nay doubt in the drive I have to stay with the crew in the the pirate lords. I have been in the crew for over five years and my feet be firmly cemented into this crew through the ties my heart and my head have developed in this time. 6. What be your greatest weakness in terms of being a Leader? I believe this would be my my ability to communicate through words on paper, I have Nay issue communicating verbally with the crew or even through Pirate's Den, however ships I find myself only plundering on the ships when necessary, this of course be easily rectified and should I be elected into the pirate lords I believe I will have plenty to plunder about  7. What does the crew need most at the moment and what will your main priorities be as a pirate lords Member? I pretty much brought this up in question two, but I will rephrase it. I believe the crew be missing its passion at present, my aim will be to bring about more positivity and enthusiasm in our crew, aiming for more PVP down the line, and working with all of the members on building up our member list through recruitment. My over all priority be to make the members happy and help to make the crew prosper, however this needs to be done with the support on not just the staff but the members also. 8. be there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make ye seaworthy? Nay 9. Do ye agree to provide the pirate lords with two weeks notice if ye wish to resign? Absolutely however I don't see myself stepping down. I be mighty confident that I can provide for the crew for a long time to come. 10. be there anything else ye would like to say?
