I agree with Randy. I think slowing down how fast the land emerges would make it better, other than that I think its really awesome

Is the land going to turn into a large mountain?

Maybe a zoom in over the mountain ridge of rogue's castle would be cool when showing the wilderness.

Then an epic charge over greater demon zone?

Awesome, nice work

I will say, as a physical geographer i'm baffled how there is an isolated rock pool in the front of the picture which goes up and down with the waves / tides, even without being joined to the sea? Its not like anyone else is sad enough to realie, but still

Ok wish me luck. Gonna draw trees springing up from the ground.
If I can do it in 7 hours or less I'll consider that an accomplishment.

Getting this finished in time will be a real struggle.
The most important parts are the beginning and the end though.
So if I'm out of time, I'll skimp out on the middle.

From about 3 seconds in to the original cloud sequence, it seems very laggy, although that might just be my computer or this render.

As it now zooms in from space, I'd say when the view comes fully into the clouds and it becomes a solid, white grey, then fade in the cloud sequence, but at a consistent speed. At the moment they seem to start slow and then speed up.

The explosion looks epic. My only suggestion is, maybe for the actual explosion, light the entire sky up white, then dim it down to the blue, rather than just a fade from black to blue. That's all biggrin.gif

The speed seems fine to me. I do have an issue with the waves along the shore, but you said you can't change it... so I would probably suggest adding extra waves, to add the effect of the premature breaking of water caused by stray boulders, and also to redistribute the attention, to help mask the original waves. Several rows of white water further out from the land could prove effective.

I'm in agreement, but I've run out of time.
One week to do the rest of it.
Can't afford the time.

Hire another animator to help you smooth it out perhaps? Just kidding, not very realistic lol.

The beginning seems to be choppy/laggy but doesn't look like you have the time to fix it right now so just focus on finishing the thing.

I like it though, its a cool idea and I can't wait to see the finished product.

Now back to the good part!

Looks, very nice - Sun thing is really cool - Like everyone else says - the only part that needs to be fixed is in te beginnning . between approaching the clouds and going through them, things are too blurry to be relly good and it seems like a lag when it probably isn't

As previously mentioned, it is lag.
It's graphics-intense, and it will go away in the file conversion.

When the sara guy retrieves the ore with magic and the camera zooms out, I was given the impression that he shot it towards the zammy guy. It took me 2-3 replays where I had to concentrate on that particular scene to realize what was truly happening. Maybe make that part longer, or the characters bigger in those frames?

Could be the fact that its 2:11 and im not seeing things clearly.
