Isnt it called being a leader for a reason? To not follow the rest and to show by example. I dont think that is a good display of leading by example. There is no reason for any leader to flaming. They should be stern but not flaming....

Being only a casual forum-goer these days, I never really did get to make my post regarding His Lordship, so I guess I'll do that now.

After leading WG for 5 years, anyone would loose their cool sooner or later. This isn't real life and this isn't professional business. Lordy didn't have expertise in leading, didn't have all the life experience in the world and didn't have a handful of advisers at his disposal. He was an average guy like you or me when he founded WG, and despite his human mistakes still managed lead and manage the clan better than anyone. He was only a high schooler when he started WG up and even now as his leading days come to pass is just getting through his first years in college. How many people can say they've lead hundreds upon hundreds of people for so many years while still keeping a relative hold over his own sanity and still maintaining a social and educational lifestyle all before they even got their first real job or graduated from school?

Eugene's made his mistakes, and I've been around to see and grief him about them too; but regardless, for any one error he's made, he's done a hundred things good. You have no idea what he's given to the clan and sacrificed to for its members. Only a handful of people in WG I feel truly do. If it were anyone else, they would have given up the duties of leadership long before- and believe me, Eugene wanted to, and he almost did on numerous occasions, but he loved and wanted to help his clan even more and therefore hung around and continued to lead on.

I've had plenty of fights, arguments and disagreements with Eugene. I have witnessed his brilliant and funny sides as well as his misjudgments and imperfections. After all these years though, one thing has always remained true, and that's my unconditional respect for the man. For those who have lost it, continue to discredit and ostracize him if you must, but know that amongst the people who truly knew Eugene, you're in the sad and ignorant minority.

Not to flame but it amazes to see people make a slight judgement of the founder of the clan when he makes a simple mistake. I kid you not. If you were in his position you would crack under one year.

Eugene is a legend and should be treated with respect. He has been abused quite alot during the years of his leading and to think that hes been able to manage and keep us alive, provide forums, and provide everything no other clan has.

Before anyone makes a judgement first walk in his shoes and read the fine print.

And to pali, i am quite impressed for someone just a few months older than me you talk like a very mature adult. Kids of WG 4 lyfe bro lol

WG matured me at 12, made me immature again by 14, and now I'm 16 and somewhere down the middle tongue.gif.

Gotta love what WG does to the mind and body. Well, the mind, anyhow.

Georgio tried to make a funny! But I didn't say Lordy, just the clan environment in general.
