What Robbie said is true, the thing with WG is we get on a roll and win a big war, and then we go challenge another clan and just bite off a bit more than we can chew. Those wars usually break our spirits and we're left in another slump... The problem isn't always the clan, its the members. We need dedication and that's it.

Lops, you're right Mike was a huge influence on this clan, however, I believe the ultimate downfall of the clan came when they started worrying about their war rankings and their ranking on RSC rather than the community.

I think they should focus more on being a clan, being a unit, being friends before being an army. If you have those things, warring will not only be welcome and simple, but fun and very likely...a success.

You're talking about morale boost from a wilderness victory? Look around Lops, there is no wilderness anymore. If there is no wilderness, how can you guard something that isn't there? wink.gif

lol
you can tell i haven't played in a while tongue.gif

Of course I agree with the clan needing to be a unit, that's a key to success, im saying that, using kenshln as a past success, that the leaders of WG need to lead it's members into becoming that unit. This isn't just sort of, "train hard ffs", its more establishing the values of the clan, e.g the clan values tanks, people who spam a lot etc. wg used to be full of individuals in the wildy which would lead to talking on raids (stuff you would think to yourself and say, wow, why did he say that), falling out, leaving when they get a green d hide kill etc. and these people were usually the ones who were useless in a clan battle.

So yes I agree with you Rick, WG needs to be a unit, this would counter the individual mentality of the past, I'm just thinking of how we should get there, calling on our past success.

From what I hear theres a clan battle arena now where you don't lose your items, that always used to be a problem back in the day tongue.gif

Stoke that is a ballsy thing to say. Wg shouldn't be closed but the high was when Wg pulled 70 or so to the war in CWPL.
If Wg wants to go back up again you will need to go back to what it was when Wg was striving to pull 50 to wars and pulled 30 instantaneously to hour prep wars.

Uhh, 70 people to a war where you don't even lose stuff was a high? I will have to agree that the high is past then because that is not very much.

Other clans cannot see what goes on on the forums and how much people talk about topics such as this, disbanding and whatnot so the respect from the outside may not have diminished completely. But what do I know, I haven't been involved in a year and a half
