see, even with vectors last time, skill sector people still were attending wars helping the clan, but skill events were skill people only.

i seriously cant see this problem

everyone is saying there is division in the clan, i cant see this, maybe a few people with grudges but thats it, not need to go force the clan to divide by making sectors again.

leave it how it is honestly and harden the fuck up people

Maybe the attitudes have changed. When I was in skill sector, they actually liked when I came to wars. I was even worse back then cause I didn't realize what fall in meant. But they were just being friends and wanted me along.

I really don't want sectors myself. I just don't want to war any more. I've done what you have suggested. I've harden up and now will speak out.

War is no longer any fun.

This is what it has come down to for me personally. Call it a grudge or whatever you want. But I still don't want to war anymore. I've tried it for almost 9 months and have trained up 10+ combat lvls, but bottom line is I don't want to go anymore. I'm willing to do many things to help the clan but war is not going to be one of them.

ok, you have every right to do that, and i dont care really if you want to or not

but doing something like this is what causes these flame wars, but go ahead if you must

Jadi, causing flame wars also constitutes of flame baiting. Nice bait.

So Rob you want to bring back the idea of sectors..?
The council abolished them for a good reason, because it was creating too much division and stress.
If you think division is happening now, then ask people who were here at the end of the sectors- WG was almost dead.

I hope we don't do this, but if we do I will do my best to make it work.

Of course it created division, that's the point. However sometimes there is need for a healthy divide.

Will post more later.

Somewhat the idea George.

Like without the forum being divided.
Where people who only want to skill can just skills but also go on pkri every now and then if they want to.

Or people who only want to fight can got o skills now in then.

It's pretty much EXACTLY like it is now so it wouldn't need any change other then the member list.

Did you even read what I said? I am not wanting the clan divided into sectors either.

None of that changes the fact that my experiences with the clan have made war not fun. This part is not debatable because it is my own experience and own opinion.

Please explain how my going to pkri war has helped the clan. What is wrong that I am not the same as everyone else? Why can't I contribute in a different way?

I think your *go ahead if you must* attitude is a bit rude.

Why don't we just disband wg and have the skillers join 1 clan and the warriors join another?

yea, not gonna lie. Your idea sucks.

I personally agree with sectors...
Now that pk'ing is back... us skillers can do what we're suppose to do. Supply the fighters.

Fighters kill, fighters get loot, fighters use loot for own gain/to buy stuff from skillers. Every prospers, the clan works.

We could work like an assembly line... division of labor.

The thing is, if we have people on our ml who don't go to wars, it gives us a false number of people we will expect to come. If we have a ml of 80 and only 60 like wars, the turnouts will slack (like they are).

I disagree with sectors, but I do agree with a warring list. We NEED an idea of how many we can expect. All WG events will still be for everyone, skilling or fighting, but if someone not on the warring list chooses to come it's up to a raid leader's consent.

That is going to change now. All members will have to go to one war every 3 weeks. So wars will have more people coming or the memberlist will go down.

Either way the leaders will have a better warring list.

You don't HAVE to war... just like you don't HAVE to be in WG.
It is a condition whilst in WG that everyone has to sign up to war, and they are expected to be there unless occupied IRL.

That's how it goes. I'm sure even someone that doesn't like warring can put up with a war once every three weeks.
