Bto I did not mind at all staying up a bit later to help out my fellow aussies on there killing fever. I would like permession to lead a raid (if no raid leaders/warlords) are around during the aussie timezone if most of the members want it. I mean ive done it before Im always staying up late except for some nights and im already experienced as hell in leading.  Just don't hint she is a male.I don't understand what the big deal is to not add another raid leader. Explain that to me. If we have Aussie members who want to raid, why on earth would we not do whatever it takes to get them raiding? I keep hearing more raids = more members = better WG. Make a decision and let's just stick to getting the clan better. If more raid leaders somehow means that the clan gets hurt then that is a different issue. But I don't understand why not to promote another raid leader. I think we have at least 3 very qualified people in that time zone.
